Overview

The Director of Development & Philanthropy is responsible for leading fundraising strategies and managing a team to achieve revenue growth for the Accounting Aid Society.

  • Experience in team leadership and management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in fundraising software and databases.
  • Knowledge of nonprofit sector and philanthropic trends.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities.
