Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of agency recruiting experience.
• Experience in financial services recruiting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of local recruiting laws and practices.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
