Overview

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing active sales support to the Executive Director(s) Global Accounts & Directors Global Accounts on the Luxury and Lifestyle Team.

In Short

  • Serve as customer service sales support for specific business opportunity fulfillment and general needs.
  • Maintain accurate ANAIS profiles of all accounts.
  • Organizing and distributing qualified leads to the respective hotel(s).
  • Execute appropriate sales process support functions in the absence of a Director.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of specific functions and events.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma, University degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and related software.
  • Past sales experience an asset.
  • Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven competency in organization and communication skills.
