Training Intern - Remote

Overview

The Training Intern will be part of the Access Health CT Operations Department Team, learning about the Connecticut Marketplace and assisting in various training initiatives.

In Short

• Internship from June 3, 2025, to August 13, 2025.
• 30-40 hours per week commitment.
• Work alongside fellow interns and team members.
• Prepare and organize training materials.
• Assist in converting PowerPoint decks for training use.
• Set up training modules using Lectora software.
• Organize training records in the Learning Management System.
• Prepare weekly reports for the Customer Service team.
• Follow up with customers to resolve issues.
• Present project to Senior Leadership Team at the end of the internship.

Requirements

• Undergraduate entering Junior or Senior year in related fields.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to gather and organize information effectively.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
