Intern in Training Accelerate Program - Remote

Overview

This internship program is designed to bring students back for multiple terms after their first internship, helping them transition into full-time Early Career Roles.

In Short

• Duration: Internships (3 months) or Co-Ops (6 months)
• Introduction to one organization and an overview of two others
• Attend a week long Automation Bootcamp to learn the basics of Core Rockwell Automation Technology
• Focus on learning and contributing to the team you joined
• Participants apply for a full time Early Career opportunity at the end of the internship
• Availability for 40 hours a week (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
• Internships: Late May - Mid August
• Co-Ops: Mid-January - Mid August or Late May - Mid December
• Remote Support available
• Health Insurance and 401k offered

Requirements

• Active enrollment in a four year or advanced degree program at an accredited university
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or above preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective organization and time management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse groups
• Creativity, self-confidence, and adaptability
