Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing new business opportunities in the nearshoring sector.

In Short

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients, presenting our nearshoring solutions and services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and nearshoring models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
