The 24/7 Application Support Engineer will ensure the smooth operation of central systems and server infrastructure in a dynamic environment, providing support for incident management and application monitoring.

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar support role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar support role.
  • Good knowledge of operating systems, including z/OS, Linux, and Windows.
  • Understanding of IT platforms and data center operations.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
  • Reliable, committed, and team-oriented.
  • Business fluency in German (C1) and good English skills (B2).
