Overview

The Murex Front Office Support role involves assisting traders and middle office users with position mismatches and market operations, while configuring data and reporting on progress and issues.

In Short

  • Support traders and middle office users on PL/position mismatches.
  • Configure curves and static data in Murex.
  • Write new pre-trade rules and create lookup tables.
  • Report progress and issues to management.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams.
  • 5-6 years of Murex implementation/support experience required.
  • Experience with FO Modules of Murex is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Understanding of trade pricing and risk management is a must.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in Murex.
  • Configuration experience in Murex.
  • Knowledge of trade pricing and valuation models.
  • Understanding of risk management and sensitivities/Greeks.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience with FO Modules: E-Tradepad, Simulation, Viewers, etc.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Experience in reporting on issues and progress.
