Resident Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

Acceldata is seeking a technical Resident Solution Architect to lead impactful customer technical projects and guide clients through the implementation of cutting-edge data solutions.

In Short

• Lead impactful customer technical projects, including building reference architectures and demo applications.
• Strong background in big data technologies such as Trino, Spark, Hive, Kafka, and Airflow.
• Provide technical leadership and consultation to support customers in post-sales.
• Guide customers through the implementation of transformational data projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of technical components.
• Provide feedback to product management on product gaps and improvements.
• Travel to customer sites to deliver significant business impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical architecture or consulting roles.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with Kubernetes-based solutions.
• Expertise with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Proficient in Python or Java.
• Relevant certifications in Kubernetes are a plus.
• Strong Data Engineering and Data Quality expertise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working directly with clients.
