Overview

The Gifted and ELL Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive programming guidance across the ACCEL network of online schools, ensuring high instructional standards and effective collaboration.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design national programming guidance for ELL and Gifted programming.
• Lead a team of Gifted and ELL teachers, providing support and guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-3 years of successful teaching experience.
• Gifted and/or ELL License.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a team of teachers.
• Experience in curricular development and lesson planning.
