• Eligible to work in Canada with a minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• Excellent listening, writing, and spelling skills in English.
• Must be of legal age (18+).
• Located in British Columbia.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Access to a computer and headset for job duties.
• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Ability to meet daily Key Performance Indexes (KPIs).
• Flexibility to complete tasks assigned by management.
