Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in life sciences.
  • 2 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of payer dynamics and LTC regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to anticipate future business opportunities.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Must live within the territory or within 30 miles of the territory border.
