Overview

The Medical Director, Germany will lead the creation and execution of the Medical Affairs strategy for RETT syndrome, building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring compliance in scientific exchanges.

Requirements

  • MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent required.
  • 10+ years of Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Solid experience in rare neurological diseases.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally.
  • Experience with HCP engagement and patient advocacy.
  • Understanding of the German national healthcare system.
  • Proactive working style.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships.
