Programme Manager (PPSM) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Programme Manager to oversee the delivery and project management of all work flowing through the Brand Global team. This role is integral to maintaining integration across all channels and ensuring smooth end-to-end programme delivery.

In Short

• Oversee project delivery and management for Brand Global initiatives.
• Ensure projects meet key milestones and gateway approvals.
• Manage a team of Project Managers and coordinate across departments.
• Drive alignment across internal teams including Account Management and Production.
• Act as the main point of contact in client and agency briefings.
• Maintain reporting dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate strong cross-functional relationships across Accenture Song.
• Run integrated brand status meetings for visibility and consistency.
• Contribute to quarterly business planning through demand and capacity forecasting.

Requirements

• Strong career history in programme or senior project management roles.
• Experience delivering end-to-end advertising campaigns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Workfront (SynOps for Marketing) is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload.
• Confident in client-facing roles with strong presentation skills.
• Previous experience in the automotive sector is beneficial.
• Comfortable working independently under pressure.
