Overview

As a NEO SAP Deployment Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in the successful deployment of SAP solutions across global business units.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end SAP deployment activities.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for deployment methodology.
• Collaborate with program leadership and change management teams.
• Define and execute deployment playbooks and readiness checklists.
• Monitor project milestones and business readiness.
• Manage deployment-related risks and issues.
• Oversee hypercare strategy and support models.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardize best practices.
• Provide leadership and coaching for team members.
• Experience in managing large-scale ERP or SAP deployments.

Requirements

• 10 years work experience with 5 years in SAP deployments.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA frameworks.
• Experience with cutover planning and hypercare management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, and other PPM tools.
• Ability to define and track deployment KPIs.
• Certifications like PMP, Prince2, or SAFe are a plus.
• Experience in multi-country SAP deployments.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
