Overview

As a NEO SAP Data and Cutover Manager, you will be a key leader in the success of SAP transformation programs, responsible for leading data migration and cutover strategies.

In Short

• Lead SAP data migration and cutover strategy for Vietnam Country Deployment.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for data-related aspects.
• Collaborate with teams to define cutover scope and plans.
• Ensure alignment of data migration with project timelines.
• Design and implement data validation frameworks.
• Manage cutover rehearsals and mock runs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to minimize disruption during go-live.
• Report on data migration KPIs and mitigate risks.
• Apply industry best practices and tools in execution.
• Manage and mentor team members effectively.

Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience with 3+ years leading IT programs.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Strong project management skills in budgeting and timelines.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures.
• Experience with SAP Data Migration tools.
• Proficiency in data governance and quality tools.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Excel VBA, and Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience with project tracking tools like JIRA and MS Project.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Certifications such as PMP or SAP Certified are a plus.
