Overview

The Customer Operations Officer acts as the single commander to work with Customer Service and Support engineers to coordinate complex reactive support and provide insights into operational health opportunities for a set portfolio of accounts.

In Short

  • Create trusted relationships to support and improve customer experiences.
  • Coordinate complex reactive support to resolution.
  • Represent customer’s business impact and support end-to-end problem resolution.
  • Handle high-risk escalations and analyze information to support customers.
  • Establish clear communication channels with customers.
  • Monitor reactive cases and ensure correct case reporting.
  • Collaborate with engineers to investigate customer issues.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and set proper expectations.
  • Understand the reactive case lifecycle and troubleshooting methodology.
  • Work from Monday to Friday in a fully on-site setup.

Requirements

  • Polish upper-intermediate (preferably B2-C1).
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience (nice to have).
  • Bachelor’s degree (optional), high school degree (mandatory).
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to apply judgment in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong comprehension of written communications.
  • Great team player.
