Overview

The Customer Operations Officer acts as the single commander to work with Customer Service and Support engineers and customers to coordinate complex reactive support to resolution and provide insights into operational health opportunities.

In Short

  • Act as the Customer Advocate for reactive support experience.
  • Coordinate with engineers to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Monitor and report on reactive support cases.
  • Handle high-risk escalations and analyze information.
  • Develop insights for operational health conversations.
  • Work from Monday to Friday in an on-site setup.
  • Understand customer expectations and manage their support experience.
  • Establish clear communication channels with customers.
  • Foster a customer-obsessed approach.

Requirements

  • Swedish upper-intermediate proficiency (B2-C1 preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • High school degree mandatory, Bachelor's optional.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Strong comprehension of written communications.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
