The Regional Manager Home Loans will lead the Regional Sales & Channel teams to achieve growth objectives and position AHL as a market leader in the home loans sector.

Requirements

• B-degree in Commerce or equivalent.
• 10 years of relevant banking experience, with 5 years in regional/sales management.
• Advanced knowledge of Retail Banking.
• Proven track record in sales management, preferably in credit risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership competencies in problem solving and business acumen.
• Excellent collaboration and influencing abilities.
