CECL Consultant - Remote

• Lead engagements centered around CECL & stress testing.
• Mentor team members to deliver high-quality work.
• Communicate effectively with auditors and regulators.
• Support growth goals through client relationship management.
• Remain current on regulatory changes.
• Train team members on delivery processes and tools.

Requirements

• Ability to drive and inspire a diverse team.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional services experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in ACL methodologies.
• Closing and deal engineering ability.
• CECL and/or technology background preferred.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; MBA or CPA a plus.
• Occasional travel required for team events.
