Overview

As a Senior Implementation Manager at Abridge, you will be responsible for the successful deployment and implementation of the Abridge Nursing product, ensuring seamless project execution and high satisfaction among partners.

• Lead customer implementations as the primary contact for partners.

Requirements

• Proven track record in healthcare technology implementation.

• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Creative problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• 3+ years of project management experience in B2B software.
• Experience with electronic record systems (Epic preferred).
