Overview

Abridge is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Associate to support and streamline commercial activities. This role involves coordinating commercial activities, supporting marketing operations, processing deals and orders, and ensuring the integrity of CRM data.

In Short

• Coordinate critical commercial activities like customer demos and internal meetings.
• Assist with marketing operations tasks, including managing outreach efforts.
• Maintain and audit CRM data for accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate processing of orders and deals for revenue compliance.
• Identify and suggest process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Partner Success teams.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations or sales/marketing support, ideally in SaaS or health tech.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data quality.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficiency in spreadsheet tools.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
