Clinical Success Director, Nursing - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Success Director, Nursing will lead the launch and growth of Abridge's generative AI platform for nurses, improving clinical documentation and workflows.

In Short

• Evaluate new product offerings and provide expertise to product teams.
• Build relationships with customers, optimizing nursing workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an RN, preferably inpatient.
• Experience with electronic record systems (Epic preferred).
• Passion for understanding nursing workflows.
• Track record of leading successful initiatives.
• Ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry and clinical workflows.
• Experience in fast-paced, startup environments.
