Clinical Success Director, Nursing - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Success Director will lead the development and implementation of Abridge's AI platform for nurses, enhancing clinical documentation and improving workflows.

• Lead the launch and growth of a generative AI platform for nurses.

• 5+ years of nursing experience required.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an RN, preferably in inpatient settings.
• Experience with electronic record systems, especially Epic.
• Passion for improving nursing workflows.
• Proven track record of leading initiatives from conception to launch.
• Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics.
• Experience in fast-paced, startup environments.
