Staff Back End Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

Abnormal Security is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the Knowledge Base teams, focusing on building a comprehensive tool for assessing risks and threats in cloud software environments.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers in Singapore and India.
• Define APIs and roadmaps for service availability and functionality expansion.

Requirements

• 10+ years of development experience in distributed systems and large scale data pipelines.
• 5+ years of production support experience for enterprise-class customers.
• 5+ years of experience in Python/Golang backend systems development.
• At least 4 years of system design experience.
• Experience owning testing and development of software solutions.
• Experience with agile methodologies (scrum and kanban).
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple timezones.
