Overview

Abnormal Security is seeking a dynamic Sr. Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Go-To-Market Operations team, responsible for owning the marketing technology stack and evaluating the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

In Short

• Build and deliver comprehensive analytics and reports in Sigma and Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain revenue and performance dashboards.
• Create custom reports to measure marketing impact.
• Lead data orchestration of multi-touch attribution efforts.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on marketing performance.
• Support tracking and reporting of internal OKRs.
• Leverage various tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams for data flow.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics required.
• Strong proficiency in key analytics tools is essential.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Sigma, Google Analytics, Marketo, and Excel.
• Experience with multi-touch attribution models.
• Deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems.
• Proven track record of developing actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with project management skills.
• Functional knowledge of Sales and Marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset and accuracy.
• Backgrounds in Biz Ops, SaaS, and Management Consulting preferred.
