Overview

Abnormal AI is seeking an energetic and organised Marketing Manager to own the planning and execution of regional and partner-driven demand generation programs aligned to the BENELUX region.

In Short

  • Drive net-new and expansion pipeline generation aligned to regional revenue targets.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns tailored to regional markets.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leadership and SDRs.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and funnel metrics.
  • Manage field events and partnerships to increase engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align messaging.
  • Co-create marketing programs with channel partners.
  • Measure success of programs via analytics and reporting.
  • Communicate program status to stakeholders.
  • Build processes to improve output and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation or revenue marketing.
  • Proven success generating pipeline aligned to sales goals.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel demand generation tactics.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing tools.
  • Data fluency with the ability to derive insights.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing operations.
  • Experience with sales and channel partners.
