Overview

The Manager of Customer Success - Mid Market will play a critical role in driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion across our Mid Market customer base globally. This individual will have a dual focus on strategic account management and technical product expertise, ensuring that our team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Renewal Managers (RMs) deliver exceptional, proactive service to customers at all levels of engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer success management leadership.
  • Strong background in SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of managing remote teams.
  • Deep understanding of account management principles.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Willingness to operate in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in developing use cases/solutions.
  • Ability to inspire and guide teams.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
