As a Compensation Consultant, you will analyze, design, and implement compensation programs while working remotely and being an integral part of a global team.

Requirements

• Proficient in English and French
• 5 years of experience in compensation
• CCP or GRP certification preferred
• Experience with Workday and market survey tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Initiative and ownership mindset
• Strong analytical skills
