In Short

  • Own and execute global enablement programs including onboarding, certifications, and ongoing training calendar.
  • Administer ABBYY’s enablement tech stack managing Seismic and Mindtickle.
  • Deliver field communications to ensure consistent alignment across regions.
  • Translate strategy into execution with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Measure and improve program effectiveness by tracking adoption and platform usage.
  • Act as a trusted partner to field teams, ensuring they have necessary resources.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Enablement or Program Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Seismic and Mindtickle preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage programs independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
