As a Healthcare Documentation Specialist at Abby Care, you will support families and caregivers by collecting and verifying documents, ensuring compliance, and facilitating smooth communication throughout the documentation process.

In Short

• Full-time remote position, Monday to Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST.
• Collect and verify documents like IDs and health records.
• Make and receive calls to guide families through the documentation process.
• Handle high volume of phone interactions daily (50-70 calls).
• Ensure all documents are accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Maintain organized records and track expiring documents.
• Collaborate with onboarding and support teams.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Strong background in customer service or healthcare operations.
• Prior authorization experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume calls.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and document tracking tools.
• Compassionate and patient when interacting with families.
