The Senior Scientific Director will lead the direction, planning, and interpretation of clinical trials or research activities in hematology, ensuring high-quality clinical data supports AbbVie's product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical industry or academia.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to run complex clinical programs independently.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to address complex problems and create solutions.
