Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development - Oncology - Remote

Overview

The Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development will be an essential contributor to the scientific, clinical, and operational scope of clinical development programs with an emphasis on study and program-specific activities.

In Short

• Drive the design, planning, and implementation of study protocols for investigational products.
• Oversee the design and conduct of clinical studies with minimal oversight.
• Perform medical and safety/efficacy data reviews.
• Provide organizational support for Data Monitoring Committees.
• Author protocols and clinical study reports.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a recognized clinical expert for assigned programs.
• Support publication strategy execution.
• Interact closely with the Regulatory group.
• Conduct literature reviews as needed.

Requirements

• Must have an MD or MD/PhD with relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in oncology or malignant hematology.
• Experience with clinical research results interpretation.
• Ability to think strategically and innovatively.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and present complex scientific data.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
