Overview

The Senior Manager, Statistics will provide statistical leadership to support clinical development in the Rheumatology therapeutic area, focusing on phase 2-4 disease assets.

Requirements

• MS with 8+ years or PhD with 4+ years in Statistics or Biostatistics.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and drug development.
• High degree of technical competence in statistical methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Experience in project management and delivering high-quality outputs.
• Ability to identify and address analytical issues proactively.
