Senior Analyst, Global Clinical Budget Development - Remote

Overview

The Senior Clinical Budget Analyst is an individual contributor who works under limited supervision and guidance. This position serves as a subject matter expert in the clinical trial budget development space, frequently interacting with various departments to ensure compliance and alignment with budget projections.

• Prepares global clinical site study budgets.
• Develops and trains stakeholders on budget development documents.
• Leads internal Budget Strategy and Review Meetings.
• Communicates status of global budget builds to stakeholders.
• Develops transparent Global and Country specific budgets.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in medical/CPT code competencies.
• Applies United States Medicare Coverage Analysis guidelines.
• Reviews complex protocol amendments for budget impact.
• Oversees stakeholder requests impacting budgets.
• Participates in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• BA/BS required; Science degree preferred.
• Clinical research and budget experience desired.
• Expertise with benchmarking tools and Excel required.
• Experience in Outside United States clinical budget development preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years related experience with 2 years in clinical budgets.
• Demonstrated negotiation and project management skills.
• Extreme attention to detail required.
• Customer support expertise preferred.
