Overview

The Procurement Specialist II is responsible for executing end-to-end procurement processes in alignment with business goals and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and contributing to supplier diversity and sustainability.

In Short

• Lead the execution of the Tactical Supplier Performance Management program.
• Conduct in-depth reviews of supplier contracts.
• Perform the invoice validation process for suppliers.
• Measure and monitor supplier performance using agreed performance indicators.
• Execute supplier management activities in alignment with category SRM strategy.
• Adhere to risk mitigation plans.
• Responsible for data analysis and administrative support.
• Execute continuous improvement projects.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests and reporting needs.
• Enable team goals and ensure performance targets are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Previous experience in procurement activities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Impactful executive functioning abilities.
• Innovative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead communication strategy.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
