Oncology Nurse Educator - Remote

Overview

The Oncology Nurse Educator (ONE) will engage with allied healthcare professionals to provide education on approved therapies and patient management.

• Field-based position requiring residence in Metro NYC or surrounding area.
• Conduct in-person and virtual engagements with healthcare professionals.
• Provide product and disease education related to oncology therapies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support education efforts.
• Identify educational needs of healthcare clinicians.
• Support local Patient Advocacy groups and attend relevant conferences.
• Document interactions and manage allocated resources.
• Requires up to 50% travel within the region.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing; advanced degrees preferred.
• Active healthcare professional license.
• 7+ years of clinical oncology/hematology experience.
• Experience with Hematology/Oncology patients.
• Strong relationships with healthcare clinicians preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
• Intermediate computer skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screening.
• A passion for patients is essential.
• Strong business acumen and teamwork skills.
