The Manager of Pharmacovigilance Support Operations serves as the primary point of contact for Support Operations activities, providing leadership and supervision to ensure accurate and efficient operations within the team.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4-5 years of experience in a Support Operations role.
• 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ICH/FDA regulations preferred.
• Experience in drug safety or related fields.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
