Operations Support Manager - Remote

Overview

The Operations Support Manager will be responsible for developing and supporting partner fulfillment centers to ensure they meet necessary standards, overseeing startup functions, and building partnerships with 3PL sites.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of operations or e-commerce fulfillment experience
• Advanced understanding of fulfillment operations
• Ability to be on-site up to 90% of the time
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Patience and resilience in training environments
