Overview

The ICSR Operational Lead will manage teams in pharmacovigilance, ensuring effective line management and supporting business development while maintaining high-quality client services.

In Short

  • Resolve assignments from executive management.
  • Line manage assigned team leads and support their teams.
  • Ensure effective line management in assigned teams.
  • Review project resourcing to minimize backlogs.
  • Support business development and proposals.
  • Manage deviations and approve CAPAs.
  • Support other departments as needed.
  • Act independently with support from the Director of ICSR.
  • Act as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance.

Requirements

  • Life science graduate or healthcare-related qualification.
  • Strong pharmacovigilance experience with at least 2 years in line management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient management and delegation skills.
  • Technical skills relevant to pharmacovigilance.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Advanced MS Office literacy.
