Director, Field Training, US Market Access - Remote

Overview

The Director, Field Training, US Market Access is accountable to improve proficiency and effectiveness of Market Access (Max) Account Executives and other field personnel by providing on-going learning and educational programming.

In Short

• Lead the strategic vision for MAx onboarding programs for new hires.
• Assess Market Access gaps and identify solutions.
• Ensure curriculum/learner journeys are available in the LMS.
• Provide project management support for major programs.
• Build strong working relationships within the department.
• Develop and deliver impactful account and sales force training.
• Lead a team and manage organizational changes.
• Accountable for training on selling skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8-10 years of sales and field training experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven project planning and management expertise.
• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
• Expertise in PowerPoint and Learning Management Systems preferred.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
