Overview

The Director, Field Medical Capabilities, is responsible for overseeing MHI initiatives to drive Field Medical excellence and innovation, with a deep understanding of compliance for the US Area.

• Advance Field Medical vision and strategy to drive greater impact of Field Medical teams.
• Drive development and implementation of Field Medical scientific interaction planning/engagement standards.
• Enhance and implement In-Field Team (IFT) Excellence framework.
• Advance Field Medical Insights capability for high quality insights.
• Design and implement key metrics/KPIs for Field Medical performance.
• Develop tools and resources for External Expert engagement.
• Maintain Field Medical operating model based on business needs.
• Ensure compliance with US MHI policies and procedures.
• Design key metrics for reporting Field Medical performance.
• Lead system evolution for Field Medical systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of master’s degree in business or Life Science required.
• A minimum of 8 years of combined experience in related area required.
• 5 years Field Medical experience preferred.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory environment of pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong familiarity with Medical Affairs activities.
