The Associate Director is responsible for providing educational leadership, inspiring, and developing a high energy team of Oncology Nurse Educators, while supporting the development and execution of nursing education strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.
• 5+ years of field experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience leading field teams and managing education initiatives.
