Overview

The Associate Director, Hub Services leads cross-functional teams responsible for the BOTOX SP Hub, Dalvance Connects, and Lupron Support Plus, driving growth and continuous quality improvements.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional teams for specialty pharmacy programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, MPH or MBA with healthcare focus desirable.
• 5+ years of related experience in field reimbursement or specialty care.
• Experience with project management and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of specialty care treatment approval processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large budgets.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy and co-pay programs.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Ability to think strategically and plan effectively.
• Passion for improving patient access to therapies.
