Abbott is a global healthcare leader that creates breakthrough science to improve people’s health. The Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research Manager will support market access activities for the ADC portfolio to ensure strong brand uptake and growth worldwide.

In Short

• Support market access activities for ADC portfolio.
• Develop and deliver HEOR strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with key partners in EMEA, US, LATAM, and APAC.
• Initiate and execute Health Economic analyses and Outcomes Research studies.
• Ensure alignment of internal stakeholders on business priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams on HEOR projects.
• Ensure publication of high-quality data in impactful publications.
• Coordinate with countries to leverage published data.
• Represent ADC in global external institutions.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. Degree, Masters preferred in related fields.
• At least 7 years’ experience in consulting, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
• Expertise in Health Economics and/or Outcomes Research.
• Broad knowledge of HTA and reimbursement processes.
• Experience working with KOLs and developing relationships.
• Thorough understanding of payer models and reimbursement concepts.
• Strong knowledge of international health systems.
• Ability to analyze reimbursement policies impact.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter able to work independently.
