In Short

• Drive product strategy and execution for CMS Interoperability Data Solutions.
• Ensure integration of upstream EMPI/MDM solutions.
• Own product roadmap and prioritize features based on market needs.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and improve products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Conduct market research to inform product strategy.
• Provide mentorship to junior product team members.
• Work closely with engineering teams to enhance existing solutions.
• Communicate product strategy to Executive Leadership.
• Create go-to-market strategies with the product marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of product management experience in US healthcare interoperability.
• Experience with CMS mandates 9115 and 0057.
• Proven track record in launching cloud-native products.
• Strong technical background in Databricks, AWS, Azure.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
