• Responsible for the successful delivery of compliance and interoperability products.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and maintain a healthy backlog.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and handle both tactical and strategic work.
• Interact with external users and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
• Maximize ROI for products with a growth mindset.
• Understand company strategy and connect it to product areas.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to a scrum team.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories.
• Continuously assess ways to improve products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a product management function.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with healthcare data and compliance solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile processes and familiarity with Design Thinking.
