In Short

• Monitor global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, LGPD) and international digital tax laws to ensure compliance.
• Serve as the primary link between legal, product, and engineering to integrate compliance into platform features.
• Align regulatory requirements with product workflows through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee partner relationships, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with platform standards.
• Develop processes to ensure partners meet platform policies and global regulations.
• Maintain documentation to keep internal and external stakeholders aligned on compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of global regulations and online compliance laws.
• Proven experience auditing and managing relationships with external partners.
• Background in working with cross-functional teams (legal, product, engineering) to implement compliance solutions.
• Experience in regulatory documentation, training creation, and resource development for internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to monitoring and adapting to evolving regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify regulatory complexities for diverse stakeholders.
