• Lead the strategy, governance, and implementation of a comprehensive healthcare data model.
• Build a productized unified enterprise data model for client implementations.
• Design and implement standard Subject Area Marts for various data products.
• Engage with client executives and stakeholders to define data model constructs.
• Translate complex data structures into a business-friendly framework.
• Lead a global data modeling team aligned with modern cloud technologies.
• Oversee the design and optimization of data models across various domains.
• Collaborate with product management to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Drive data governance and security best practices.
• Ensure the data model evolves to meet client and industry demands.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare data strategy, architecture, or data modeling.
• 7+ years of experience engaging with client executives and healthcare stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in claims, membership, provider, and billing data models.
• Strong data modeling and governance skills with relevant tools.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms and ETL/ELT pipeline design.
• Exceptional ability to translate business needs into data models.
• Outstanding communication skills for presenting complex data models.
