In Short

• Oversee multiple teams within Thrive’s Fulfillment Engineering organization.
• Monitor and report on resource utilization and time tracking objectives.
• Serve as a management escalation point.
• Collaborate with functionally adjacent teams on process design and efficiency enhancements.
• Build and maintain a positive team culture focused on enriching the client experience.
• Build and maintain a management structure focused on accountability and improvement.
• Hire, train and mentor Enterprise Engineering Managers and Principal Project Architects.
• Effectively communicate with Sales, Account Management, Solution Architects and Project Managers.
• Perform managerial and administrative responsibilities including client service escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years management experience.
• Advanced experience (4+ years) with Microsoft 365 Suite of Services.
• Experience with Public Cloud, specifically Azure Infrastructure.
• Experience with Private Cloud, specifically VMWare hypervisors.
• Experience in large scale migration and/or consolidation efforts.
• Experience implementing Managed Service and IT solutions.
• Expert understanding of cloud computing, networking, cyber security concepts.
